The bicep is actually only needed to retract the arm after the punch has been thrown. So technically it has no affect on the punch itself..lol And though Tyson may have had large bisceps in respect to his arm that doesn't mean they were bigger than Arnolds. The proportion of the arm can make a muscle seem larger but I'm sure.. Actually I know Arnold had larger overall bicep size than Tyson.

To me he doesn't appear unproportioned at all. It was different in the sense that steriods have advanced a rediculous ammount and that's why bodybuilding has lost taste to me.
