This video is an emotional ride for me. His voice and his feeling of passion is so clear when he sings. I am so glad that through YouTube I was able to hear him. Yes, I like Bocelli, but with Sarah Brightman, prefer Paul singing solo. I hope there people who are coming on here saying he is not an opera singer have like so many commented, been to see him LIVE. Yes well mountainsofmontana. Paul is not *opera* singer, but he might be best hope for Opera itself, like Brightman and Bocelli are as well, they bring ´Opera´ to masses. But that does not make them Opera singers yet. Bocelli gets very close tho, some times hes even able to perform on same level with the best opera singers. I like bocelli.

A top classical magazine a year ago, I think it was Classical FM but thats out of top of my head said of Paul Potts on front page. PAUL POTTS BEST HOPE FOR OPERA. Then inside it read, Paul Potts on the scene has many people interested in opera that was never before. Do the opera folks want to keep it a clique. An opera critic from Vienna Opera House said, Paul Potts the best raw talent he had heard, but because he has not been through La Scala Colleges type training and opera elite are trained to hear technically, the opera elite find it hard to accept. Hmm. I know this is supposed to be the better version and everything, but I think that Gerard Butler's voice is better for the Phantom. It has more of a mysterious feel to it, and Steve Harley kind of sounds like they pulled him out of a cast in a high school drama department. Also... Emmy Rossum does the "innocent" bit a little better than Sarah Brightman. But yes a good conductor will be ahead slightly of the orchestra or band so they can see what the conductor wants to do. This , for me, is one of my all time favourite comedy sketches. I got a video recording of it from 1980s and enjoy hearing it immensely. Borge shows some real talent here! How do you know I've only seen one clip? I haven't seen the movie because I haven't the opportunity to do so, but after watching this clip, which was sent to me by a friend who HAD seen the film and was joking to me about how much she disliked it, I proceeded to read the wiki, the imdb, and watch the multitude of other clips of it available here on youtube. Almost any comic or game ever. A post-apocalyptic future where an evil conglomeration rules over the people by hording or having a monopoly on something. It was water in Tank Girl, it was Mako in FFVII, and and it's organs in Repo. It's true that everything's been done before, so nothing is really original, but in order to make something interesting, the characters have to be engaging, and the view point from which the story is told has to be unique. I really feel like Repo failed to do that.

hey piouspineapple did you even see this movie. its really good you say no depth i walked in to that theater knowing very little about the film. only knowing what the charcters looked like and who they were. i was blown away by the art and the the feel i do agree there could be more to the story. but there is way too many charcters to understand. but the whole theater was packed to the max every night and it sat over 700 ppl.

I agree. Diru put up an intelligent argument behind every gruesome act they do. Diru does well what this movie doesn't do at all. Repo's plot is so worn out it's not anymore edgy, and the movie can't even put a good enough spin on it to claim any depth. Also, what's the purpose of every one dressed in fetish gear, anyway? The story would be the same even if they all looked like homeless people. It makes one wonder if the entire point was so Paris Hilton could show off her tits in a corset.
