What were you expecting? Disneyland? With youtube favourites that list sesame street and video games, chances are the expo is a little grown-up for you. If visitors have the maturity to appreciate the message, themes and art on display in Expo then they will love it.

Por mucho que esté en Inglés y el audiovisual sea bastante majo, no corresponde para nada a lo que encuentras dentro de la Expo, una especie de centro comercial gigante, sin nada de especial y un contenido de ecologismo light, lo bastante light como para que lo patrocinen varias de las empresas más contaminantes del planeta, como Endesa. Dudes, I went to the Zaragoza and it just sucks!. It is the worst expo ever. Its just lame. The tickets are expensive, it sucks and its pretty bad done. So yeah, its not worth it.

sad...we visited the site a couple weeks before it opened and only caught a glimpse of a few of the buildings from the entrance, including the water tower and Zaha Hadid's bridge. Hopefully we'll get a chance to visit Zaragoza again!

Yo soy voluntario de la EXPO y la recomiendo a todo ciudadano, ya sea niño, adulto o anciano, en la EXPO hay uun monton de actividades, espectaculos, desgustaciones, intercambio cultutral ..etc etc..merece la pena ir y verla, mi recomendacion llevar agua y gorra, como minimo si se quiere ver todo ahi que estar un minimo de 3 dias..ya que hay muchisimos espectaculos como el Iceberg, el hombre vertiente, el circo del sol...etc..cada dia hay mas de 3 conciertos en directo en el anfiteatro 43.

Una feria insuficiente sinceramente me he concenciado mas por el agua al pasar por el desierto de los Monegros (que alli si que falta agua de verdad) que no la Expo. Lo siento,pero puede haver muxa publicidad en la TV, etc. y en realidad no sea lo que uno esperava Lo mejor la caminata de la torre del agua para ir a un simple restaurante ... Ni que fuera la "autopista al cielo" , i aun asi insuficiente . Suerte del pabellon Japonés que si ha valido la pena , lo demas un negocio de souvenirs.

Pues discrepo. Cierto que el que esté libre de pecado que tire la primera piedra, todos los eventos se mueven por dinero. Yo terminé ayer mi voluntariado y todos los días he visto cultura, algo de arquitectura (es difícil traer piedra a piedra la ciudad de Petra), calor como en toda España, debido a esto viene tanto giri en verano. Sin entrar a muchos pavellones ya merece la pena visitarla por no decir el ambiente nocturno.

Si teneis un mínimo de criterio y amor por la vida, entendereis que aquello es una engañifa, y que todos los pabellones son lo mismo, 4 paneles que siempre dice lo mismo y 4 pantallas fashion con las estadísticas de siempre. El contenido de algunos pabellones, directamente se limita a vender 4 baratijas. El que crea que allí va a ver cultura, arquitectura o algo interesante, que se ahorre las condiciones penosas de calor. Un saludo.

Mi sincera opinión es que la Expo no vale un duro. Es una excusa para pillar dinero y construir buenos accesos y viales para la ciudad. El contenido de la expo es mediocre, cutre y repetitivo. Los diseños de los pabellonas rozan la verguenza y los remates son de órdago. Solo pabellón de España y poco más se salvan de la quema. Bochornoso tenerte haciendo colas y con esos calores. El unico sentido es ir de noche y bien drogado, así parece todo más atractivo, con tanta lucecita y proyección.

Actually JKD is one of the best self defence to learn, I would say its better than MMA because it doesn't have any set style, you develope it according to ur own body. Invented by Bruce Lee and now theres people like Tommy Carruthers who is very good. I'm thinking of learning JKD.

nah i had a truely big guy in my class and he was ridiculously flexible on top of that, when you went to bend his wrist, the meat on his forearm and the meat on his hand physically impeded you from getting a lock. so, his strength, flexibility, and the physics of his flesh made it impossible to bend. and my teacher said, "all these techniques don't work on everyone, try something else" you could have the best leverage in the world but the guy could simply overpower you.

Just that im concerned whether putting so much into one technique in that one moment would be efficient or fast enough. Or if your able to find a video example ill be greatful~:] Btw what martial art do you practice? i used to do Bujinkan Ninjitsu, JKD(BruceLee's implified version of WingChun), and now doing SumNung's Wing Chun. To be honest with you, Ninjitsu is ineffective against SumNung's Wing Chun.

Actually thats not true. Yes it becomes harder to bend the wrist, but if you know the proper technique you can use both hands and forearms to create a fulcrum which will bend even a stronger mans wrist, enabling you to use a wrist lock =)

I was trying to say that the "wrist lock" is impossible against a clenched fist(i mean...-_- come on, its not about defending the name of Aikido but..lets get real, how can you lock a clenched fist?) Elbow lock is POSSIBLE" against a jab BUT hard to do unless your opponent is either SLOW or TELEGRAPHIC (my advise for you is to punch faster and dont be telegraphic so you wont get caught in that situation again.) Useless against WingChun or JKD. Train hard & good luck

Estuve ayer en un curso para voluntarios de la expo y está confirmado que se llega en el plazo a todo dentro del recinto, aunque algunos de los equipamientos concretos y complementarios repartidos por la ciudad no lo estarán.

I don't have a problem with the actual content of the ads; and I do know that they serve their purpose for funding the show, however, all of this product placement is sort of taking away from the DIY state of mind the show is trying to represent. Threadbangers was awesome when it first started. Maybe it couldn't afford all of the giveaways, traveling, etc. But it proved resourcefulness! Bigger isn't always better in the DIY world, no?

Wheew... Xeon is far faster, cheaper and doesn't get so hot as a G5. Apple used this to explain their transition to Intel. The G family was powerful, though. Let's just say IBM wasn't getting G6 right, and Apple dumped them.

The only benefit of a Mac OS in my experience is the lack of virus's. But that's not because of the operating system, that's just because no one makes virus's for Macs. Plus, I have had a Vista system for 2 years now, and haven't had any serious virus issues with it despite the fact that I don't use expensiveness Anti-virus software. Just free stuff.

Yes MACs are great because their OS is flawless compared to Windows. But people dont remember Windows still owns the world. Majority of software/games are only for windows. Just look at MAC comps today, they all have windows emulator equipped because they know they cant beat windows in the market. Macintosh may own mp3 world but not PCs. Mac needs to learn and stop insulting PC's with their stupid PC guy propaganda. Look at the latest Mac Airbook. Yes its thin but useless.
