Interesting thread. Not sure the venue is right for such an epilogue. But I read it thru, out of respect for effort. Many of your facts are questionable. However, Obama is considered by African to be our Samba Diallo. Many years ago I saw a documentary about hyenas that made them my favorite animal. A lesser male in the pack was surrounded by four lions. The entire pack came and nipped heals and hind-quarters until the lions retreated. This was a team effort, with tight family and pack bonds. Hyenas spend the better part of their day re-affirming pack bonds and hierarchy in order to hunt better as a pack. Pick up a book people. Not everything you see in 5 minutes of tv should form an opinion for you.

The hyenas dont back up their members when the lioness/lion caught them as hyenas dont bond with their own members. I dont think they were inteligent animals as why they have to kill their own siblings for power, the siblings can help to build up the numbers? And they are lousy parents.

Wild canids and lions do care for their injured ones. theres three legged lions on clip and a clip where the wild dog broke his front leg but still live for a year. And dholes take care of their pup with broken back and still alive. Spotted hyena's family life are twisted up, as they bullying each other and the hyena pups kill their own siblings of same age...i thought the hyena were smart, they can boost their numbers up instead of kill their siblings for their high ranks. but they were dumb

You guys are forgetting that the Cheetah spends an enormous amout of energy chasing the prey down. Ther metabolism is pretty much spent on the chase. This is why they have to hunt so often and why missing a few meals can basically starve them to death. They become too weak to hunt. They litteraly have no energy to put up a fight after chasing and killing the prey. This is why it's easy to steal their kill.

Spotted hyena are terrible socially, they dont back up each other or work together (even hunting big game). the members steal kills from each other and dont share food with their own clan.
