A little appreciated fact is that all services and infrastructure provided by government creates and increases land value by making land more useful and productive. For example if there was no public road to your location how much would the land be worth. Much less than it is with the road etc. Therefore the just tax is a tax on land value since that only takes back to the community the value that community confers on land. You might guess who owns most of our land and most of its value.

Some companies may chose to extend family benifits to married employees, but not civil union couples...ect That leaves a large loophole for floods of legal discrimination. Some company CEO may say it's against his religious beliefs and therefore his company will only offer those benefits to married couples.
