I have been doing wrestling martial arts and skate boarding for years. Any time that I am not in school and not wrestling or doing martial arts I skate. You're right, except for one thing. There are no tools in Parkour. You use your body, and that is it. You move through your environment as quickly as you can. It's not about having the appropriate 'tools' or places to go. It's everywhere. Jumping over sidewalks, climbing a McDonald's, or walking along a handrail.

this stuff really works. im just a highschool kid, but i started off doing precision jumps on my hallway tiles. 3 forward, 3 sideways, 2 forward and 1 sideways, or 2 sideways and 1 sideways. i wasnt in great shape, but i did the excercises in this video with pullups and pushups, as well as practicing rolls. my friend and i went freerunning every week, eventually moving to bigger jumps and bigger falls, and now we arent half bad. you just need to believe, and then have the tools to do it.

hey thts not fair...i went to the concert at the Roseland Ballroom in NYC on October 30th and he did the same thing. the entire crowd sang along perfectly and the guys looked really impressed which made us scream even louder. it was amazing!!
