you need to install ASIO drivers. go to google and search 'asio4all' download the latest version. then go to audio options and change from 'primary audio driver' to the asio driver. your mic will now work.

im having a HUGE problem recording my midi controller notes to the piano roll. Im using FL Studio 8 with an Axiom 49 keyboard controller. Everytime i try to record something it only ends up on the playlist and not in the piano roll where i want it to be. Everytime I used to hit the record button a promt would pop up asking me what i wanted to record to it had options for me to record to Edison and to mixer and to everything. That got annoying so I checked the "do not ask me again box"

Hey NFX, I am a huge fan of yours. Your tutorials helped me alot. So know I wanna return the favor. In one of your video's (Panning Automation) you put an annotation, saying youtube removes the stereo, which is true. But.....I got the solution!!! If you add &fmt=18 behind a youtube link (it works for all links), the quality of the sound and video will be much higher and the sound will become stereo :D I recommend you put this little trick in all your description ;).
