No, this is not a UFO. It's the Genesis Capsule of NASA. It was a spacecraft that had to collect sample from solar wind or comet tails, I don't remember... Then it was supposed to parachute back on Earth so we could study the samples, but the parachute never opened and the probe crashed in the desert.
