For the last time....Don Barnes is the lead singer on this song; Jeff Carlisi is playing lead guitar, and Donnie Van Zant (the one in the black hat, Ronnie's brother) is playing rythym guitar. Towards the end of the song, Jeff is playing lead guitar - not Donnie.

I saw these guys in Ottawa, Canada when I was in my 20's back in the 80's and they put on one hell of a concert. We sat just above the floor and you could smell all the pot coming form it. Got high off the fumes. What a blast.

Ronnie Van Zant was the lead singer for Lynyrd Skynyrd, he died on October 20th, 1977 in a plane crash in Gillsburg Mississppi. He had 2 brothers Donnie, the lead singer for .38 Special and Johnnie who now sings for Lynyrd Skynyrd. Such an awesome song, thanks for posting
