Hi everyone, i really need some help on locating a specific great remix of this song. The most important difference is that the vocals are quicker and done by someone else entirely (like a deeper, raspier white guy), the tempo is faster, and the beginning melody plays throughout the majority of the song up until the end portion, and the song also slows down at points (and plays that same melody). I have been unable to locate it, I'd really appreciate anybody helping me out. Thanks!

I'm afraid your statement is only valid if every person on earth has exactly the same reaction to certain chemicals, they don't if they did pills would not need disclaimers. Everyone on earth reacts differently dependant on indiviudal body chemistry. So for some people alcohol or weed do act as very effect sleep agents, for others it works opposite; as you stated. IE. If I drink before bed I sleep like a stone you may ot, but that's just you and your reaction to the liquor.

I think you're lonely and need someone to hang out with, not like drinking buddies and shit but like a real friend a real companion. I also think you suffer as an atheist without the security blanket of spirituality. I feel the same way, I once was Catholic but now am "uncertain" and it gives me the same symptoms very often, wondering. I Hope the religious are correct, I don't want to cease to exist and the thought that I will is scary. I enjoy my existence even though it is pretty crappy.

Make sure to do a mind and body calming practice like this before bed to reset your system. Also, if you go to bed before midnight, you're more likely to sleep longer. 2 am and 3 am messes with your body's sleep cycle. Try re-orienting your schedule so during the week you're calmed down and in bed by 11 for awhile and see what happens. Also, if you drink, it supposedly switches your brain on at random hours. So don't, if you want to sleep properly. These two things helped me...xoxoSadie

ermmm.. i have difficulty in having a good deep sleep recently.. i usually sleep at like 2 am.. but awake at 4 am and cant sleep anymore until morning comes..so i sleep again from 7am to 1 am but its not really a good sleep.. it is not so good coz my exam is coming soon so i have to fix my sleeping time.. any advice?

You need to take control of your sleeping time, and turn off everything that doesn't help you. You could be at serious physical risk, and no game or phone call is worth that. You'll have to get in bed and stay there, resting, and training your body into a new cycle. Try deep breaths, and repeating a mantra in your mind over and over to lessen the thoughts. Om Mani Padme Hum is a good one. Tell me how you're doing...be disciplined and save your health and maybe your life, You're worth it!! Sadie

You might, if you do, like a 3 hour headstand, reverse the natural ENERGY of the downward-moving flow, but physically, there's no medical evidence to support this. Gentle inversions, not held for hours, but for minutes can be balancing and energizing during that time. If you don't feel like inverting, just do any other pose you do feel like, and, as they say, go with the flow! ;)Sadie
