1. Increased term limit won't lengthen the current term. Menaign the current president adminsitration won't benifit from it. 2. Past presidents CAN NOT serve a third term. Doesn't matter what the new length of the term is (2 years or 5). A term is a term and two is the maximum. 3. The question of increasing the Russian presidential term is NOTHING NEW and has been around before Putin.

the ABM sites isn't really an ABM side. heres why: firstly, Russia's missles will be coming from Serbia to the North and Iran's missles will be coming from the south - making the 'defence shield' utterly useless. secondly, the 'shield' is out of date and Russia's most powerful missles can go through it. lastly, the 'shield' can easily be re-fitted with nuclear warheads and it is in 5 minute range of Russia's major cities. not a threat? think again.

*facepalm* A ABM site in Poland wouldn´t do shit against the russians. Either the missiles are too close, which means that the time window for interception is too short or (that goes for most of russias arsenal) the missiles will never cross Poland in the first place. Most trajectories from Russia to the USA go over the artic circle, so an ABM site in ALaska or Canada would actually be *more* effective. Same goes for the brainfart of stationing ABM on Cuba.
