This is the latest incarnation of the HDF video. The narration has been edited to include research from a paper in Physical Review Letters (2004) which puts the size of the universe at 46.5 billion light years, not 78 billion as I originally stated.
In the video narration, I round that value up to 47 billion light years.

Thanks to an amateur interest in astronomy sparked by Carl Sagan's Cosmos, which I watched and subsequently read in my early childhood, I've always "known" how big the universe is. But seeing these Hubble images... it's almost as depressing as it is profound. Ugh. On one hand, it makes me want to just shut down the Hubble and say, "Never mind. Space is just too flippin' big." On the other hand, it makes me want about 100 more Hubbles. Thanks for all your vids, Tony. Good stuff.

Hendrix revolutionized it, and Dylan wrote it. but writing a song does not mean that your version is better. any1 knocking hendrix, either gain some respect for music or gtfo and dylan fans, dont try sticking up for your boy "oh, well he wrote it". again, that doesnt make it the best version the 3 songs are totally different. dmb's has the most energy, hendrix's is unbelieble by music standards, and bob wrote it. end of story.

not bad, I like how they made it their own. Keep in mind though DM has nearly a whole friggin orchestra behind him whereas Hendrix had himself, a drummer and a bass player. The Hendrix version still stands as the quintessential version of this great Dylan song.

raver4 is kind of right,i do fullbore rifle shooting;i.e i can shoot a 5"(13c.m.) group at 1000 mts. with a remington 300mag rifle, it's a sniper rifle realy used for competition. I wouldn't use it in fields to shoot rabbits, thats a job for a shotgun or small bore rifle, light, easy to aim, fast to point without thinking about it. so a bow with weights and stuff aint practical when you go climbing over fences and pushing through hedges, understand,?
